Many capital structure research ventures focus on private, non-financial businesses with exposure to many countries or international capital markets. The key objective of the analysis is to assess the financial output effect of capital structure variables. The research recognises that the examination of the estimated determinants of the capital structure and strong coefficients of the financial output direction will transform into a structural inference. Data from secondary sources are obtained. Survey data from India was collected for the period from 1990 to 2019. For the non-directly measurable part model, PLS-SEM is a mathematical technique that can be calculated by combining single and multiple observable variables. The results show that the effect on corporate financial output of the asset structure, liquidity and inflation rates in India is mediated by firm leverage.
