About DCT's Srinivassa Sinai Dempo College, Goa

     Srinivassa Sinai Dempo College, (Autonomous), Cujira,Bambolim, Goa, established in 1966 by the Goa Education Society under the Chairmanship of Shri. Vasantrao S.Dempo, a leading industrialist of Goa, is the oldest and the most highly reputed institution for undergraduate Commerce Education. Presently managed by the Dempo Charities Trust, Panaji, led by the dynamic scion of the Dempo family, Mr. Shrinivas Dempo and trustees, Ms. Pallavi Dempo and Mr. Yatish Dempo. The college blazing new frontiers with exciting career oriented educational programs, under the guidance of Mr. Rajesh Bhatikar, the Administrator of the Trust, the proven leadership of Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Manoj S.   • Selected papers will be recommended for the Journals indexed in Ebsco/ ProQuest/ABDC (Subject to Journal policy)
  • Publication is based on further review and acceptance by the respective journal/discretion of the Editor.
  • Upon acceptance notification , the author(s) need to register using the registration link after paying the required registration fees.
  • All the shortlisted papers will undergo a Blind Review Process.

Registrations Guidelines

  • Each Author needs to do his/her Registration individually. The ‘Certificates of Participation’ would be provided only for the registered participants/authors.
  • For each submitted paper, only a single author/co-author is allowed for their Paper Presentation at the conference.
  • Mode of presentation (online/offline), once chosen, cannot be changed later.
  • A maximum of 5 authors is allowed per paper.
  • The registration fee structure  given below is for each author/participant.
  • Only the Registered participants/authors will receive the Certificates.
  • Registration fee includes GST, Conference kit, refreshments, and lunch on the days of the conference (if opting for a physical/offline presentation).
  • Registration excludes travel and stay facilities, which need to be arranged by the participants themselves if opting for offline mode.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable in any case/circumstance.

Pre Conference Workshop

spirants from any category desirous to attend the Pre-Conference Workshop titled “Prerequisites and Perquisites of Research Journey'  on Jan 22, 2026, need to pay  ₹ 500/- besides the above-mentioned registration fee, which includes lunch and workshop certificate (15 USD for foreign delegates). The workshop will be conducted in Offline mode only.

Cash Prizes

  • The Two Best  Research Papers from the student category across all the themes/tracks will be rewarded with  recognition certificates and cash Prizes.
  • Two Best Research Papers from Faculty and Research Scholar Categories will be rewarded with recognition certificates and cash Prizes (Theme / Theme Wise).

Guidelines

ABSTRACT Submission Guidelines

  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150-200 words.
  • Keywords: Minimum 3 and Maximum 5.

PAPER Submission Guidelines

  • To be submitted in a document with A4 size pages with double-spaced, Times New Roman-12 font size in MS Word compatible format text. The paper should be submitted in a Word doc only (no PDF will be accepted).
  • The length of research papers (including references) should be 4000 to 5000 words.
  • Suggestive paper structure:
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review
    • Research Methodology
    • Data Analysis
    • Findings/Results
    • Conclusion/Implications
    • Recommendations (wherever required)
    • Acknowledgements (wherever appropriate)
    • References
    • Appendices (if any
    • Tables / Figures (at appropriate in the text).
  • Case studies should be accompanied by teaching notes and references.
  • Figures/ diagrams/ graphs to be given relevant titles, preferably in an editable form, and numbered consecutively. The source reference should be indicated at the bottom.
  • Tables preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. Its 'title' should be placed above the table, and 'source' should be indicated at the bottom. Tables should be numbered and referred to in the text as Table 1, Table 2, etc.
  • References should be included at the end of the paper and arranged in alphabetical order. The references must follow the style guide of the American Psychological Association (APA), seventh edition.
  • All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research irrespective of the type of research paper you are presenting.
  • The Similarity Index of the paper should be less than 15% (including Self-plagiarism), and the paper should be free of AI-generated content.
  • "Student paper" means all the authors are ONLY students of the PG level.
  • Once the paper is submitted, change in Authorship and Affiliation is not permitted.
