About the Conference

Sustainability for the future generations of business is a significant aspect for growth of business. It is important for the organizations to undertake innovation in the domain of management studies and theories to achieve sustainable business practices. Rising business competition and ever-growing need for innovative products and services by the customers' demands for implementation of innovative business practices for sustainability in business. In line with this, the International Conference on Business Innovation and Sustainability provides a much-needed platform for contemporary management researchers and practitioners to address these realities in the current digital era.

 

About KLS IMER

Since its inception, Karnatak Law Society's Institute of Management Education and Research has been a pioneer autonomous institution in Management education, research and consultancy. Promoted by great visionaries, it has a team of highly qualified and research oriented faculty lead by a dynamic Director and supported by a beautiful campus with state of the art infrastructure. KLS IMER is recognized as a Research Center. About Belagavi

Belagavi district [Formerly Belgaum) is  in Karnataka, India. The district is known for foundry clusters and is Sugar Bowl of Karnataka, with 1.5 lakh hectares used for commercial production. Belagavi is also known for its greenery, calm, and clear weather. In the foothill of Western Ghats and with rich history, it is an ideal place for travellers and explorers. Kali Tiger Reserve (100 Km) &  Goa [120Km) are other nearby attractions. The city is connected to all major towns by Air, Road and Rail network.

Conference Proceedings and Publication Opportunity

Publication Partner: Journal Press India

Journal Press India (JPI), is a publishing house devoted to the publication of high-quality research journals in the areas of Commerce & Management, International Business, Indian Economy, Finance & Accounting and Indian Taxation.

All papers presented in the conference will be published in the form of online Conference Proceedings with an ISBN No. to be published by Journal Press India.

The selected papers will be published in the Special Issue of “MANTHAN: Journal of Commerce and Management” (www.journalpressindia.com/mjcm ), a peer-reviewed journal published by ‘Journal Press India’. The papers to be published would be selected after double blind peer-review process.

Other selected papers may also get a publication opportunity in the forthcoming Regular issues, in any of the below mentioned journals published by ‘Journal Press India’, after double blind peer-review process.

All aforesaid journals are peer-reviewed / refereed and Indexed with Index Copernicus International (ICI), Google Scholar, EBSCO, Summon (ProQuest), Indian Citation Index, Cross-Ref, CNKI Scholar, Research Gate, J-Gate and Scilit.

2. Each paper should have a registration i.e., atleast one author must register for the conference to ensure inclusion of the paper in this conference program.
3. Participation certificate would be given only to the registered participants / authors.
4. In-absentia presentation is not allowed, one of the authors must be there for presentation.

Guidelines

  1. Authors are requested to submit full papers as per the submission guidelines.
  2. The manuscript should be in MS-word format, in Times New Roman Font with Font size 11 and text in black colour.
  3. The author’s name or affiliations should not appear anywhere else in the body of the manuscript to facilitate the blind peer review process.
  4. The actual paper should commence from the second page containing the title followed by the abstract, keywords and the main paper. The paper should have an introduction, rationale of paper, objectives, literature review, research gaps, methodology, analysis, limitations/scope for future work, conclusion and references.
  5. The abstract should not be more than 150 words, adequately describe the work and highlight its significance. The abstract should only include text and avoid use of any abbreviations and references in it. Followed by relevant 4 to 5 keywords.
  6. The paper should be an original work of the author(s) and should be between 4,000 to 5,000 words including tables, figures, and appendix given at the end. Headings and subheadings must be short and numbered. The primary and sub-headings should be in title-case capitalization first letter of each word in the capital and in bold.
  7. Tables preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. It’s ‘title’ should be placed above the table and ‘source’ should be indicated at the bottom
  8. Figures/ diagrams/ graphs preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. The source should be indicated at the bottom. The figures, diagrams and pictures should also be given relevant titles.
  9. Typing instructions: Font Style: Times New Roman, font size – 11 pts, paragraph spacing of 1.15 and normal margins.
  10. Similarity/plagiarism index should be below 15 %.
  11. Case studies must be submitted along with a teaching note.
  12. References should be included at the end of the paper and arranged in alphabetical order. The references must follow the style guide of the American Psychological Association (APA) 6th edition
