S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) as one of the finest management institutions, nurtured and managed by Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust, Pune, India. The Trust is a conglomerate of premier educational institutions, a centre of excellence in relentless pursuit of professional finesse that surpasses the highest standard, which has been in existence in the field of education since 1990. S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM) established in the year 2009. In a very short span of time, SBPIM has been accredited by NAAC and its MBA programme is accredited by NBA. The Institute is permanently affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and awarded a status of 2(f) and 12 (B) by University Grant Commission (UGC). The institute is ranked 98th by Times B-School Ranking 2022 and 153rd Rank by The Week – Best B-School Ranking 2020.

A Research Centre was established in the year 2012 at SBPIM with an objective of promoting a research culture among the faculty and students. The centre is an approved Ph.D. Research Centre in Management under the Savitribai Phule Pune University. At our Research Centre we offer Ph.D. in Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, Production Management and Organizational Management. At present, 38 students are doing their Ph.D. research work and 36 Ph.D. students have been awarded Ph.D. As quality initiative the institute publishes a bi annual research journal ‘Journal of Management and Administration Tomorrow (JOMAT)’ with ISSN. To provide the platforms to young researchers, academician and industry expert to put fort the ideas, concepts, practices, the institute had organized 10 research seminars in past as a part of continuous quality enhancement.

Registration Guidelines

  1. All authors to get registered, immediately post acceptance of their Abstract.
  2. Only the registered authors will be allowed to present paper at the conference and would get the 'Certificate of Participation'.
  3. For each submitted paper, only a single author/co-author is allowed for their Paper Presentation at the conference.
  4. Mode of presentation (online/offline), once chosen, cannot be changed later.
  5. A maximum of 4 authors is allowed per paper.
  6. Author additions/deletions are not permitted after the paper has been submitted.
  7. Registration fee includes GST, Conference kit, refreshments, and lunch on the days of the conference (if opting for a physical/offline presentation).
  8. Registration excludes travel and stay facilities, which need to be arranged by the participants themselves if opting for offline mode.
  9. The registration fee is non-refundable in any case/circumstance.

Guidelines

 

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150-200 words.
  • Minimum 3 and Maximum 5 Keywords.

Paper Submission Guidelines

  • To be submitted in a document with A4 size pages with double-spaced, Times New Roman-12 font size in MS Word compatible format text.
  • The length of research papers (including references) should be 2500 to 4000 words.

Suggestive Paper Structure

  1. Introduction

  3. Research Methodology
  4. Data Analysis
  5. Findings/Results
  6. Conclusion/Implications
  7. Recommendations (wherever required)
  8. Acknowledgements (wherever appropriate)

  10. Appendices (if any)
  • Case studies should be accompanied by teaching notes and references.
  • Headings and subheadings must be short and numbered. The primary and sub—headings should be in title—case capitalization.
  • Figures/ diagrams/ graphs to be given relevant titles, to be preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. The source reference should be indicated at the bottom.
  • Tables preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. Its 'title' should be placed above the table and 'source' should be indicated at the bottom. Tables should be numbered and referred to in the text as Table 1, Table 2, etc.
  • References should be included at the end of the paper and arranged in alphabetical order. The references must follow the style guide of the American Psychological Association (APA) seventh edition.
  • All manuscripts will be subject to blind peer- review.
  • The text should be in English. British usage is accepted.
  • All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research irrespective of the type of research paper you are presenting.
