About Institute

The Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management is a constituent institute of CHARUSAT and was established with the support of IPCO Industries, a well-regarded business entity. IIIM commenced its management education journey  in the academic year 2006-07 through its MBA programme, which is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). The Institute offers a comprehensive range of educational programmes, including Undergraduate, Post-Graduate and Doctoral programmes, all designed to meet the current and future global needs of students. The Institute offers various specialisation for the BBA and MBA Programme and is committed to providing contemporary and relevant education. IIIM has also introduced M.Sc. in Management programme - a Semester Exchange Programme in Association with Graduate School of Business, Assumption University, Thailand.

  1. Conference fees include conference kit, breakfast, lunch, high-tea for participants present in-person.

  2. Accommodation will be provided on request. (Extra charges are applicable)

  3. Registration fees apply per paper for up to two authors. INR 999 will be charged for each additional author.

Guidelines

 

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 150-200 and must provide a concise overview of the work.
  • Avoid citing references in the body of the abstract.
  • Minimum 3 and Maximum 5 Keywords. The abstract should conclude with the main implications or contributions of the study and reflect the core themes of the submission. 
  • It should clearly present the background or context of the study, followed by the objectives and the key research questions. A brief description of the methodology or approach used must be included, along with the major findings or insights. Submissions must represent original work and should not contain plagiarized material or content under review elsewhere. All abstracts will be evaluated on clarity, relevance, methodological soundness, originality, and overall contribution to the field. 

Paper Submission Guidelines

  1. Originality: Papers must be original, plagiarism and AI free and must not be submitted elsewhere.
  2. Length and Format: Papers should be 4,000–6,000 words, typed in Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced.
  3. a) First Page Details:

      Paper title
     Author(s) name(s) 
     Organization affiliation
     Phone number, and email ID
b) Second Page onwards: Abstract and full paper (do not disclose authors’ information elsewhere)
c) Tables, Figures and Illustrations: Numbered sequentially, properly titled, acknowledged, with sources cited below each table/figure.
d) Headings and Subheadings:
     First-level: 14 pt, Times New Roman, bold, left-aligned
     Second-level: 12 pt, Times New Roman, bold, left-aligned
     Paragraphs begin immediately after headings; numbering is not required.
e) References: Follow APA 7 referencing style.

Review Process

  • Each submission will undergo a double-blind review process.
  • Prior to being evaluated, each submission will undergo a plagiarism check. Excluding references, the threshold for similarity should be less than 10%.
