About the Conference

 

The 21st century has been marked by rapid technological advancement that continues to transform economies, societies, and the environment. While innovation has enabled remarkable progress, it has also amplified challenges such as environmental degradation, social inequality, and ethical dilemmas in governance. As the global climate crisis deepens and sustainability becomes central to development discourse, stakeholders are increasingly expected to operate with accountability toward ecological and social systems. Various fields in the social sciences must address these challenges with an interdisciplinary approach.

This shifting landscape demands a fundamental rethinking of traditional business and social science paradigms—one that integrates green innovation, digital transformation, and inclusive growth. The convergence of these forces calls for a collaborative, interdisciplinary approaches to reshape how organizations and societies create value, serve communities, and contribute to a more sustainable and equitable future.

General Guidelines

  • Authors are requested to submit their Abstract and full-length papers as per instruction given below:
  • Research papers describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, experimental, applied and theoretical work or research. Submission of a manuscript implies that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The author’s name or affiliations should not appear anywhere else in the body of the manuscript to facilitate the blind peer review process.

For ABSTRACT Submission

  • The acceptable word range for the abstract is 100-150 words.
  • Keywords: Minimum 3 and Maximum 5

For FULL PAPER Submission

  • To be submitted in a document with A4 size pages with double-spaced, Times New Roman-12 font size in MS Word compatible format text.
  • The length of research papers (including references) should be 3000 to 4000 words.
  • Suggestive paper structure:
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review
    • Research Methodology
    • Data Analysis
    • Findings/Results
    • Conclusion/Implications
    • Recommendations (wherever required)
    • Acknowledgements (wherever appropriate)
    • References
    • Appendices (if any
    • Tables / Figures (at appropriate in the text).
  • Figures/ diagrams/ graphs to be given relevant titles, to be preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. The source reference should be indicated at the bottom.
  • Tables preferably in an editable form and numbered consecutively. Its 'title' should be placed above the table and 'source' should be indicated at the bottom. Tables should be numbered and referred to in the text as Table 1, Table 2, etc.
  • References should be included at the end of the paper and arranged in alphabetical order. The references must follow the style guide of the American Psychological Association (APA) seventh edition.
  • All manuscripts will be subject to blind peer- review.
  • The text should be in English. British usage is accepted.
  • All submissions should report original and previously unpublished research irrespective of the type of research paper you are presenting
  • All papers will be tested for plagiarism through a plagiarism software.
  • Headings and subheadings must be short and numbered. The primary and sub—headings should be in title—case capitalization.
