About the SAMVAD 2027

SAMVAD 2027 is the fourth edition of the flagship international conference of IIIM, CHARUSAT. In a world shaped by rapid technological advancement, shifting societal expectations, and urgent environmental concerns, organizations must adapt to remain competitive and responsible. Positioned at the convergence of Society 5.0, Industry 5.0, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the conference advances two defining ideas — Sustainability 5.0, which embeds the SDGs into the core of organizational strategy, and Intelligent Management, where human–AI collaboration and data analytics augment rather than displace human judgement. It brings together academics, research scholars, industry practitioners, and policymakers to examine how management thinking and practice must evolve towards value-driven, technology-augmented, and human-centric enterprise.
