Paper Submission Guidelines - Journal of Futuristic Sciences and Applications (JFSA)
Manuscript Preparation
General Requirements
Authors must follow these requirements while preparing their manuscripts:
- Manuscript must be written in clear and concise UK English.
- The submitted work must be original and not published or under consideration elsewhere.
- Manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Manuscript should normally not exceed 5000 words, including references, Figures and Tables.
Manuscript Structure
Formatting: The title page should include:
- Title of the manuscript should be written in 16-point Times New Roman font, bold, capitalized each word.
- Full names of all authors should be written in 11-point Times New Roman, bold.
- Affiliation & Email address details should be written in 11-point Calibri font. Clearly mention who is the corresponding author.
- All main headings should be written in 14-point Times New Roman font and in bold.
- All subheadings should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font and in bold.
- Main body should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font.
Note: The main manuscript file should not contain author identification to ensure the double-blind review process.
Abstract: The abstract should:
- Contain 100-150 words
- Briefly describe:
- Research objective
- Methodology
Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords that represent the main topics of the research.
Main Sections of the Manuscript
- Introduction
- Provide background information
- Identify research gaps
- Clearly state the research objectives
- Materials and Methods
- Describe the methodology in detail
- Include experimental setup, data collection methods, and analysis techniques
- Results and Discussion
- Present findings clearly
- Use tables and figures where necessary
- Compare results with existing literature
- Conclusion
- Summarize the key findings
- Highlight research significance
- Suggest possible future work
Tables & Figures
- Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and must be well cited in the text.
- Each table and figure must have a clear title or caption.
- Avoid presenting the same data in both tables and figures.
- Graphs should include labelled axes with units.
- Equations must be clearly formatted and numbered.

Submission Process
Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal submission system https://www.journalpressindia.com/jfsa
The submission should include:
- Title page
- Manuscript word file
- Plagiarism declaration certificate
Peer Review Process
JFSA follows a double-blind peer review system.
The review process includes:
- Initial Editorial Screening
- Double-Blind Peer Review
- Revision Stage (if required)
The editorial board makes the final decision based on reviewer recommendations.
Ethical Policies
Authors must follow standard academic publishing ethics:
- All submissions must be free from plagiarism.
- Authors must disclose conflicts of interest.
- Research involving human or animal subjects must have ethical approval.
- Proper citation must be given to all sources.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Authors may use AI tools for:
- Language improvement
- Grammar correction
- Formatting assistance
However: Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and originality of the content.
