Submission Guidelines
General Requirements
Authors must follow the following requirements while preparing their manuscripts:
- Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise UK English.
- The submitted work must be original and not published or under consideration elsewhere.
- Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
- Research papers should normally not exceed 7000 words, including references, Figures and Tables.
Manuscript Structure
Formatting
The title page should include:
- Title of the manuscript should be written in 16-point Times New Roman font, bold, capitalized each word.
- Full names of all authors should be written in 11-point Times New Roman, bold.
- Affiliation & Email address details should be written in 11-point Calibri font. Clearly mention who is the corresponding author.
- All main headings should be written in 14-point Times New Roman font and in bold.
- All subheadings should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font and in bold.
- Main body should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font.
Note: The main manuscript file should not contain author identification to ensure the double-blind review process.
Abstract
The abstract should:
- Contain 150-200 words
- Briefly describe:
- Research objective
- Methodology
- Key findings
- Practical implications
Keywords: Provide 4–6 keywords representing the major themes of the manuscript.
Main Sections of the Manuscript
- Introduction
- Provide background and context of the study
- Identify research gaps
- Clearly state the research objectives
- Literature Review
- Review existing, latest and seminal scholarly work
- Highlight theoretical foundations
- Research Methodology
- Describe research design
- Explain data collection methods
- Describe analytical tools and techniques
- Results and Discussion
- Present key findings clearly
- Compare findings with existing literature
- Conclusion
- Summarize the main findings
- Highlight theoretical and practical implications
- Suggest future scope
Tables and Figures
- Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and must be well cited in the text.
- Each table and figure must include a clear title or caption.
- Avoid duplication of data in both tables and figures.
- Graphs should include labelled axes and units where applicable.
References
Authors should follow a standard referencing style such as APA (latest edition).
General guidelines:
- All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list. eg. (Last name, year)
- References should be arranged alphabetically.
- Authors should avoid citing unreliable or predatory sources.

Submission Process
Authors should submit manuscripts through the journal submission system https://www.gla.ac.in/journals/pjmr
Submission should include:
- Title page
- Manuscript word file
- Plagiarism Report
Peer Review Process
The journal follows a double-blind peer review process.
The review process consists of:
- Initial Editorial Screening
- Double-Blind Peer Review by Expert Reviewers
- Revision Stage (if required)
The Editorial Board makes the final decision based on reviewer recommendations.
Possible decisions include:
- Acceptance with no revision required
- Acceptances with Minor Revision
- Acceptances with Major Revision
- Rejection
Ethical Policies
Authors must adhere to standard publication ethics:
- All submissions must be free from plagiarism.
- Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.
- Proper acknowledgment must be given to all sources.
- Data used in research must be accurate, transparent and should be made available on request.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Authors may use AI tools for:
- Language improvement
- Grammar correction
- Formatting assistance
However:
- Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy and originality of the content.
