In the context of India’s G-20 Presidency in 2023 and USA being a G-20 member as well as India’s top trading partner, this research paper explores a new horizon of integration between India and the USA. The paper analyses India’s bilateral trade with the USA over ten years, i.e., 2012 to 2021. The researcher finds out that the bilateral trade between these two nations, in terms of year over year (YoY) and the five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR), has jumped in the reference years. The Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) analysis of India’s top ten exported products to the USA has also been examined and found competitive in measuring India’s competitiveness with the USA. In the end, the unrealized export potential has also been investigated in some key products like diamonds, jewellery, and precious metals; motor vehicles for the transport of persons; telephone sets and other voice and image transmission; other organic chemicals, etc.
