The marketing concept is totally based on consumer. Consumers’ are not only the heart of market but also the controller of marketing functions. The reality consumer may be ‘King’ of organizational activities, but King is misguided by his Kingdom. This paper discuss about the issues and challenges associated with the consumer protection act, 1986. We try to avoid and reduce unfair trade practices made by the various companies in India.
