Theory of constraints is widely used in manufacturing industries to identify and remove the constraint/ bottleneck due to which the industry in unable to achieve its goal and enough productivity and profitability which is implemented by different tools like DBR, SDBR. The constraint can be identified by collecting the production data or rejection data within the process flow by making different bar charts, scatter charts etc. TOC approach is applied for manufacturing sector and applied this approach in service organization and to find out the different benefits by implementing TOC in service type organization. In this paper a study on health care clinic and identify the restrictions in organization’s stability and provide better treatment and better throughput.
