Purpose:This study investigates strategic approaches to talent development, with a focus on cultivating a skilled, flexible workforce. It aims to support sustainable economic progress by addressing skill shortages, encouraging inclusive practices, and promoting lifelong learning to enhance societal well-being. Design/Methodology/Approach:The study adopts a qualitative research design centered on document analysis. It draws upon a broad selection of secondary sources, including scholarly literature, institutional reports from bodies such as the World Economic Forum and the International Monetary Fund, and expert commentary available through digital platforms. Findings: The analysis indicates that an integrated, adaptive strategy is vital for developing future-ready talent. Effective talent development depends on sustained education, technological integration, flexible learning systems, and collaborative practices that promote both technical and inter personal skills. Leadership preparation is a critical element, as is the creation of inclusive workplace environments and recognition mechanisms that maintain employee engagement. Research Limitations:The study relies solely on secondary data, which may limit its generalizability across different sectors. Future research incorporating primary data and sector-specific case studies would help validate the findings and enhance practical relevance. Managerial Implications: Organizations are encouraged to implement comprehensive talent development initiatives that emphasize continuous learning, digital adaptation, leadership growth, and workplace inclusivity. A responsive feedback culture is also essential to ensure workforce agility in the face of ongoing change. Originality/Value:By synthesizing diverse strategies into a unified frame work, this research offers a forward-looking model for talent development. It contributes to the academic and practical discourse by linking continuous learning, technological change, leadership training, and inclusive values in building a resilient workforce
