Women entrepreneurs like their male counterparts establish new businesses that create employment not only for themselves but for others also. They provide services and product to increase the wealth of their local and national economies (OECD, 2004). The purpose of this study is to explore problems and prospects of human entrepreneurs in Nigeria in which four case studies were adopted and analyzed. Anti study reveals that gender is still influences the entrepreneurial landscape in Nigeria as there are gender differences when it comes to access to resources for business startups and expansion difficulties in getting credit and loans from banks despite the fact that there are various government funding programs. The study also reveals that women can still excel entrepreneurship with hardworking positive attitude and tolerance because all the four case studies indicate that hardworking positive attitude and tolerance really help in that regard. The findings from the case is also revealed that husband's support and learning trade skills will help in women entrepreneurship.
