The present study is conducted to check the potential impact of student placement and their initial working duration on the credibility of educational institutes. Employing a design thinking approach and systems perspective, the study aims to identify strategies to enhance student preparedness for the workforce. Through qualitative and quantitative analyses, it examines how factors such as industry relevance, skill alignment, and employer satisfaction influence perceptions of institute credibility. By adopting a holistic view of the educational ecosystem, this research seeks to inform interventions that can improve student outcomes and strengthen institutional reputation.
