This research examines the strategic implementation of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as navigational tools within the landscape of Viksit Bharat @ 2047, with a focus on fostering strategic synergy. The objective is to investigate how M&A activities can be leveraged to navigate the complex business environment of Viksit Bharat and achieve strategic goals. A thorough analysis of case studies, empirical data, and current literature on M&A methods and their application make up the methodology. Qualitative interviews are also carried out with stakeholders and industry professionals to learn more about their viewpoints and experiences with M&A in the context of Viksit Bharat @ 2047. The findings reveal the multifaceted implications of M&A activities, highlighting their potential to drive innovation, enhance competitiveness, and catalyze sustainable growth. Furthermore, the analysis identifies key success factors and challenges associated with M&A transactions in Viksit Bharat, providing valuable insights for businesses and policymakers navigating the dynamic economic landscape of 2047.
