This main goal of present study is to measure the potential impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the field of human resources (HR) in the near future. Through a comprehensive analysis of current trends, technological advancements, and organizational dynamics, it investigates the extent to which AI may transform HR functions and practices. The study examines the opportunities, challenges, and ethical considerations associated with AI adoption in HR, considering factors such as automation, talent management, decision-making, and employee experience. By synthesizing insights from industry perspectives, academic literature, and expert opinions, this research aims to inform strategic planning and policy development in anticipation of AI's role in shaping the future of HR.
